In Lithuania, delivery is free of charge.*
*via DPD courier service or Omniva, DPD, or LP Express post machines.
Delivery of goods in Lithuania takes 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch of the goods.
We send the goods to the countries of the European Union and the United Kingdom by registered mail via the Lithuanian Post or via the DPD courier service.
Shipping costs to European Union countries and the United Kingdom depend on the size of the order and the recipient’s country. Shipping costs can range from € 10 to € 18, the exact price will be generated by the system at checkout.
Delivery of goods to the countries of the European Union and the United Kingdom takes up to 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch of the goods.
Rest of the world
We send goods to other countries of the world by registered mail via Lithuanian Post.
The cost of shipping to other parts of the world depends on the size of the order. The shipping cost can range from € 10 to € 20, the exact price will be generated by the system at checkout.
Delivery of goods to other parts of the world takes 1-4 weeks from the date of shipment.
Returns

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a return certificate, which You must complete and attach to the item you want to return.
It is also necessary to attach to the parcel the invoice that you received together with the item you want to return to the following address:

If you decide to use the services of post machines for the return of goods, you can send the goods you want to return to the following post offices:
Omniva, or DPD, Romainių str. 67, Kaunas.
IMPORTANT. Return services should be paid by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for sending the returned goods, so we recommend sending the returned goods only by registered mail or parcel. If the product does not reach us, we will not be able to return the money to the buyer.
During the holidays, we recommend choosing post machine services for the return of goods – this is the most reliable way of returning the goods, ensuring that we will receive the goods quickly and will be able to return the money.
Upon receipt of the returned product and if it meets the return conditions, we will refund the money within 1-5 working days.
Defective product
If you have received a defective product, not the product you ordered, or a damaged product during shipment, please contact us by email: evalorevilnius@gmail.com
Upon receipt of your letter, we will contact you and agree on the most convenient way of returning the goods, exchanging the goods, or refunding the money, and will cover all costs of return and/or exchanging such goods.
