1. Products and orders

Product descriptions, photos, sizes and prices are shown on each product page. Due to handmade production and small batches, some items may be made to order — this is stated in the description or agreed separately.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (€), including VAT where applicable. Payment is processed via Paysera and other methods offered at checkout (including Visa and Mastercard where available).

3. Shipping

Shipping methods, timeframes and rates are described on the Shipping page and confirmed during checkout.

4. Returns and exchanges

Distance purchases are covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable law, subject to the conditions on the Returns page. Made-to-order items produced to a customer specification may have limited return rights.

5. Personal data

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

6. Final provisions
