We ship to EU countries and the United Kingdom by registered post (Lithuanian Post) or DPD courier.

We ship worldwide by registered post via Lithuanian Post.

Important for buyers outside the EU

Returns
Return conditions
If the size or colour is not right, or you simply change your mind, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition: labels intact, original packaging and full set as shipped. We may refuse a return and decline a refund if the item is damaged, no longer saleable, or returned after 14 days.

- We will send a return form — please complete it and include it with the parcel.

Important. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please use a tracked service — if the parcel does not reach us, we cannot issue a refund.
During peak holiday periods we recommend parcel lockers for the most reliable delivery to us.
Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the conditions, we refund within 1–5 business days.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty item, the wrong item, or goods damaged in transit, email info@evalore.lt (or evalorevilnius@gmail.com).
We will arrange the most convenient return, exchange or refund and cover the related costs.
